The aim of the present study was to examine the role of diet-related compensatory behavior in healthy weight management regarding diet quality, physical activity, and body mass index (BMI) over time in a non-clinical general population. Following a healthy diet is known to contribute to the prevention of health risks and diseases such as overweight and obesity. The expansion in food supply and wealth of decision are connected to the improvement of heftiness on an overall level.
