 Mahseer, various species of which abound in pristine clear watersof hill streams,rapids and fast flowing rivers, face numerous anthropogenic pressures their range of distribution.Age composition was recorded byobtaining samples of tor tor during 2003-2004 from the market along the rivwer Ken, Paisuni and tons.
